> On évite les impuretés au maximum! Pour cela, il faudra:
Dormir sur une taie d'oreiller propre
Ne pas se maquiller (sauf pinceaux et maquillage neufs)
Se nettoyer la peau uniquement avec une eau micellaire
Appliquer de la crème réparatrice
Se protéger du soleil
Pas de hammam, sauna, piscine ou jacuzzi
